Glowcroft introduce 4 day working week for all staff
Here at Glowcroft we have always taken pride in our ability to react to changes to be able to support our valued customer & employee needs in an ever changing, fast paced, evolving world. After many weeks of consultation, we are excited to announce that as of 3rd April 2023 we will be changing our working patterns with all Glowcroft employees working a 4 day week, whilst the business continues to operate a 5 day week.
Benefits to our customers:
- Glowcroft will now have extra machine capacity on our very busiest lines as we will be operating longer days over a 5 day week.
- Full customer support will still be available for 5 days per week
Benefits to Glowcroft employees:
- Working a 4-day week will free up time for employees to relax away from work, offering a better work-life balance by giving 3 consecutive days off every week.
- Less commuting days for our employees saving them travel money one day per week.
