Clarion Spa has been supplying the UK and Europe with chlorine-free hot tub care products for over a decade. Built around active oxygen technology, they’ve carved out a genuine niche in the wellness market, and as demand grew, so did the pressure on their own production.
We’d worked with Clarion Spa before, handling a small sachet product for them periodically. A good working relationship, but a modest one.
That changed when their team came to us with a new challenge.

The Challenge
Clarion Spa had developed a new product format; a 2-litre bottle for their active oxygen range. It was a more complex fill than anything we’d done for them before, involving multiple liquid components that needed to be blended before filling.
They needed a packing partner who could handle the fill, manage the blending in-house, and do it in a way that reduced the complexity on their end, not added to it
Our Approach
Working with Andy from our team, we moved quickly from conversation to trial.
Clarion Spa supplied the product components via IBC. Rather than handling multiple drums and mixing stages on their side, we took on the blending, combining the ingredients directly in the IBC before using it to fill the 2-litre bottles at line.
We ran a trial first. Tested the process, checked everything against spec, made sure both sides were happy before committing to volume. Once the trial confirmed it worked, we moved into full production, scaling up to include product storage and outbound logistics to support their ongoing needs.
A clean, controlled operation that took something off their plate and gave them a production run they could rely on.
